I love everything about yoga: the way it makes my body feel, the way it makes my mind calm down and the way it opens my heart to deeper feelings of connection.
When I began practicing flow yoga, I had no understanding of the actions and alignment of the poses. Before long I developed tendonitis in my elbow and knee issues from poorly aligned poses. I wasn’t breathing or using my core.
I am an anatomy geek and enjoy sharing the benefits of the poses and safe alignment. I also enjoy challenges and growing my practice.
